The 2025 WETEX New Energy Auto Show will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates from October 8th to October 10th. As the largest and most influential exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa, the exhibition attracted 2,800 visitors, with more than 50,000 exhibitors and more than 70 participating countries.
At this WETEX exhibition, Dongfeng Forthing exhibited its new new energy platform products S7 extended range version and V9 PHEV, as well as the Forthing Leiting that can be seen everywhere on Sheikh Zaid Avenue in Dubai. The three new energy models fully cover the SUV, sedan and MPV market segments, showcasing Forthing's technological prowess and comprehensive product portfolio in the new energy sector.
On the first day of the launch, government officials from Dubai DEWA (Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity), RTA (Ministry of Transport), DWTC (Dubai World Trade Center) and senior officials from large enterprises were invited to visit the Forthing booth. On-site officials conducted an in-depth static experience of the V9 PHEV, which was highly praised by the officials and signed 38 letters of intent (LOI) on-site.
During the exhibition, the cumulative passenger flow of Forthing booth exceeded 5,000, and the number of on-site interactive customers exceeded 3,000. The sales team of Yilu Group, a dealer of Dongfeng Forthing in the UAE, accurately conveyed the core values and selling points of new energy models to customers, guided customers to deeply participate in the static experience of the three products in an immersive way, and at the same time visualized the application scenarios of models and deeply matched personalized procurement demand, and which resulted in over 300 qualified leads and 12 confirmed retail sales on the spot.
This exhibition not only attracted customers from the UAE, but also attracted exhibitors from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco and other countries to stop for consultation and in-depth experience.
By participating in this WETEX New Energy Auto Show in the United Arab Emirates, Dongfeng Forthing brand and its new energy products have successfully won great attention and recognition from the Gulf market, further strengthening the regional market's cognitive depth, emotional connection and brand stickiness of Forthing brands.
