When watching the exhibition car, senior leaders and industry experts stopped at the Taikong V9 exhibition car, inquired in detail about the vehicle's endurance, safety performance and intelligent configuration, and praised the technological innovation achievements, fully reflecting their affirmation of the scientific and technological research capabilities of central enterprises.
China's MPV market has long been monopolized by joint venture brands in the high-end field, and the breakthrough of Taikong V9 lies precisely in its construction of a technical moat with user value as the core. Based on Dongfeng Group's most advanced technology accumulation, Taikong V9 is equipped with a Mach electric hybrid system certified by “World's Top Ten Hybrid Systems”. Through the coupling of a hybrid-specific engine with a thermal efficiency of 45.18% and a high-efficiency electric drive, it achieves CLTC 100-kilometer feeding fuel consumption of 5.27 L, CLTC pure electric range of 200km, and comprehensive range of 1300 kilometers. For family and business scenarios, this means that a single energy replenishment can cover the long-distance journey from Beijing to Shanghai, effectively eliminating battery life anxiety.
It is worth mentioning that Dongfeng Forthing and Coordinate System jointly developed the world's first plug-in hybrid MPV equipped with EMB technology-Taikong V9, which will be the first to apply the world's leading EMB electro-mechanical braking system in Coordinate System. This breakthrough technology achieves millisecond-level braking response through direct motor drive, which not only improves the daily commuting safety of Taikong V9, but also lays a solid foundation for Dongfeng Forthing’s layout in the field of intelligent chassis technology and its future creation of intelligent products.
