At Mondial de l’Auto 2026, FORTHING took center stage under the theme “FOR THINGS THAT MATTER,” unveiling its all-new TK series in its European premiere. From the new model unveiling, to on-site experiences, to orders placed on the ground, FORTHING delivered a solid European debut—taking a new step from “product export” toward “brand localization.”

Paris Debut: Three Models on Display
On press day, October 12, FORTHING officially launched the new TK product series at its press conference. Designed for a new generation of urban users and focused on city mobility, the TK5 is an all-round SUV blending eye-catching design, performance and reliability. The TK7 targets global family travel needs, offering generous space, long range and multi-scenario adaptability for a more comfortable family ride experience. Also on display, the V9 Camping Edition further expands the boundaries of the MPV lineup, extending use scenarios from business reception to leisure camping. Together, the three models cover urban commuting, family trips, outdoor camping and beyond, showing that FORTHING truly understands and responds to the needs of global users.
Buzzing Booth: Real-World Feedback Pours In
Following the unveiling, FORTHING’s booth continued to draw media, dealers and visitors for hands-on experiences. Dealer representatives from countries including Switzerland, Bolivia and Egypt visited the booth for in-depth exchanges on local user needs and channel feedback. What partners cared most about were whether the smart features are easy to use, whether build quality is stable and reliable, and whether the range covers real travel needs. With the debut of the TK series, end-buyer interest has risen noticeably, and partners are looking forward to more models—especially seven-seaters—entering their local markets.
European automotive bloggers and industry media who tested the vehicles on site praised the rear-seat experience of the TK series, noting that rear-seat comfort is on par with the driver’s seat, keeping family members comfortably seated on long journeys; the SUV’s roomy layout and range also better suit the real needs of European families traveling together. During the public days, many local European visitors visited the booth for hands-on experiences. A French visitor said: “Whether it’s the TK series or the camper van, sitting inside feels like being in a first-class cabin—extremely comfortable.” From dealer feedback to media tests and user experience, the TK series has won recognition for its ride comfort, smart technology and range. On the day of the press conference, the TK series secured more than 200 orders on site.
Cutting-Edge Technology on Display, Eastern Culture Alongside
Alongside its cutting-edge new energy technology displays, the booth featured a Zhuang brocade cultural zone, a signature cultural experience area, weaving the patterns of this national intangible cultural heritage of China into the booth design and product experience, drawing large numbers of visitors to stop, take photos and interact. The Eastern weaving art of Zhuang brocade and the new energy technology of the TK series were presented side by side, bringing the “Chinese culture × automotive industry” narrative to life at the Paris Motor Show. FORTHING brought to Paris not only products and technology, but also a cultural expression from China.
Widespread Coverage: Multi-Channel Buzz Worldwide
The TK series’ European debut drew widespread attention from media and creators worldwide. The official Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l’Auto) website ran a special report on FORTHING, hailing the 2026 show as “the ideal showcase” for the brand’s launch on the French market; Xinhuanet published an in-depth report interpreting the TK series debut from a brand strategy perspective; and AFP released coverage of the launch along with French-language updates from the show. Specialized European automotive media also turned their attention to the booth, with Germany’s AUTONOTIZEN, France’s Le Blog Auto, and Slovakia’s Automagazin.sk among others attending for interviews on model positioning, cabin experience, and European launch plans, offering local-market interpretations of the new models. From international news agencies and national media to European specialized outlets and overseas creators, the TK series is reaching European audiences through multi-language, multi-platform coverage—reflecting Europe’s shifting perception of FORTHING from curiosity to genuine attention and recognition.
From Paris, Driving Toward the World
Since making its first appearance at IAA Mobility in Munich in 2023, DFLZM has taken the stage at leading international auto shows for four consecutive years. The launch of the TK series marks another solid step forward in DFLZM’s globalization strategy. Looking ahead, FORTHING will continue to uphold its philosophy of “global standards + local adaptation,” steadily advancing its presence in Europe and global markets, bringing new energy mobility experience to more families worldwide.
